💫中須賀真一教授是立方衛星標準的共同創始人之一，曾帶領東京大學團隊研製多枚具指標意義的立方衛星，包括首枚成功運行的立方衛星與深入月球軌道的立方衛星。他創立的UNISEC是一個非營利國際組織，致力推動大學太空工程教育與實作培訓，目前已成為聯合國外太空委員會的觀察員。

💫Rei Kawashima女士多年來擔任UNISEC-Global 執行秘書，透過組織發展、衛星競賽、國際會議與人才培訓推動全球合作，並促成跨國衛星任務，培育各國學生參與研製與實踐，推動太空科技的和平應用與永續發展。

💫ArkEdge Space則是一家專注於微型與奈米衛星設計、製造與運營的日本新創公司，主要成員來自東京大學，並獲得JAXA太空戰略基金(Space Strategy Fund)支持，提供在軌驗證服務。該公司亦曾協助國家太空中心（TASA）共同開發「旺來衛星」，拍攝高解析度地球影像，並在全球推動IoT與低軌技術應用。

Sincere Invitation to the “2026 Low Earth Orbit IoT Satellite Technology and Applications Workshop”!

This two-day workshop is designed to help participants gain key knowledge and practical insights into the development of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites through intensive courses and international exchange. This workshop will be held on March 20–21 at National Cheng Kung University. Distinguished speakers include Prof. Shinichi Nakasuka from The University of Tokyo, Ms. Rei Kawashima, Secretary-General of UNISEC-Global, and Mr. Hiroto Seki and Mr. Ryo Suzumoto from the Japanese startup ArkEdge Space, who will share their expertise on LEO IoT satellite technologies and applications.

💫 Prof. Shinichi Nakasuka is a co-founder of the CubeSat standard and has led several landmark CubeSat missions at The University of Tokyo, including the first operational CubeSat and a CubeSat that reached lunar orbit. He also founded UNISEC, a global nonprofit promoting hands-on space engineering education and satellite development. UNISEC is an observer to the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space.

💫 Ms. Rei Kawashima, Secretary-General of UNISEC-Global, has played a key role in advancing global collaboration through satellite competitions, international conferences, and talent development programs. She has supported multinational satellite missions and student participation in practical space projects, promoting the peaceful and sustainable use of space technology.

💫 ArkEdge Space is a Japanese startup focused on the design, manufacturing, and operation of micro and nano satellites. Supported by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency(JAXA) Space Strategy Fund, the company provides in-orbit demonstration services. It has also collaborated with the Taiwan Space Agency(TASA) on the ONGLAI satellite, capturing high-resolution Earth imagery and advancing IoT and LEO satellite applications.
