誠摯邀請您參加「2025低軌衛星能力建構國際培育營」,本活動為期兩天,旨在透過密集課程與國際交流,協助參與者掌握低軌衛星開發的關鍵知識與實務技能。本次培育營邀請兩位重量級之太空領域專家:來自日本之Mengu Cho教授與來自菲律賓之Joel Marciano教授。Cho教授帶領團隊發展一系列之BIRDS衛星,除促成國際合作外另外在開源衛星系統架構、衛星測試標準化與精實衛星發展建立多項標準。

We sincerely invite you to participate in the "2025 Low Earth Orbit Satellite Capacity Building Workshop". This two-day workshop is designed to equip participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in LEO satellite development through intensive courses and international exchange.

This workshop features two distinguished experts in the space field: Professor Mengu Cho from Japan and Professor Joel Marciano from the Philippines.

 

Professor Cho, renowned for leading the development of the BIRDS satellite series, has contributed significantly to international collaboration and the establishment of standards in open-source satellite architectures, satellite testing, and lean satellite development.

 

Professor Marciano, Director General of the Philippine Space Agency, has achieved remarkable progress in the development of CubeSats, space missions, and the promotion of the satellite industry ecosystem in the region.

 

Additionally, a team from Kyushu Institute of Technology will share insights into the development and application of open-source satellite technologies. Local industry experts will also present satellite system development platforms. Whether you are a university student, researcher, or an industry professional interested in space technology, this event offers a rare and valuable opportunity to deepen your understanding of CubeSat systems, gain hands-on experience, and foster international collaboration.

對太空工程與衛星技術有興趣即可報名(以大專校院學生為優先)請填寫表單完成報名,我們將於審核後通知錄取結果。Anyone interested in space engineering and satellite technology is welcome to apply (priority will be given to university and college students). Please fill out the form to complete your registration. We will notify you of the admission results after the review process.

  • 課程中請勿錄影、錄音。
  • 參與本活動之住宿和交通方式敬請自理,當日提供午餐。
  • 課程前三天將寄發活動通知函,敬請配合執行簽到/簽退、填寫課後問卷及相關必要之行政作業。
  • 本活動正取50位、備取10,錄取後如欲取消,請聯繫活動承辦人,名額將由候補學員遞補。考量教學品質,當天不受理臨時報名,若因故無法參與,敬請主動與開課單位聯繋。
  • 課程執行單位保留調整課程內容、日程與講師之權利。
  • 活動前若因不可抗力因素(將以政府公告為依據,如配合中央防疫升級、颱風等)無法正常進行活動時,主辦單位將有權決定暫停或取消本活動,並於活動網頁公告/電子郵件通知。
  • 學員若完整參與兩天的國際培育營,將於事後以信件方式發送電子版培訓證書。
  • No video or audio recording during the course.
  • All participants are responsible for covering their own expenses related to the event (including transportation and accommodation). Free lunch will be provided on the day of the event.
  • A notification email will be sent three days before the workshop. Please cooperate with the unit to sign in and sign out, fill out the after-course questionnaire, and perform necessary administrative work.
  • This workshop has a capacity of 50 participants, with 10 spots reserved. If you wish to cancel your registration, please contact us. Your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list.
  • Considering the quality of teaching, temporary registration will not be accepted on the day. If you are unable to participate for any reason, please take the initiative to contact us.
  • National Cheng-Kung University reserves the right to adjust the course content, schedule and instructors.
  • If the workshop can’t be carried out normally due to force majeure factors (such as epidemic situation, typhoon, etc.), the organizer has the right to suspend or cancel the workshop. Further update will be announced on the official website and e-mail notification.
  • Participants who attend the entire two-day workshop will receive a soft copy of the certificate via email.

On behalf of Industrial Development Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs , Taipei Computer Association (“TCA”) holds the event based on the project of The Plan For Space Industry Supply Chain Development and Communications Industry Talent Empowerment (“the Project”). Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act (“the Act”) and TCA’s privacy and confidentiality policies, we hereby inform you about the TCA’s privacy practices, and describe the disclosure of various personal data we may collect, use, and store from you with respect to your participation of this event (“the personal data”). By signing the form (or clicking “I Agree”), you agree to the following:

1.The personal data we collect from you includes your Name, Telephone, E-mail, University/Company/Institution, Department, Year of Study, Nationality, etc.

2.The personal data shall be used for the following purposes: Within the scope of the Project, to provide the notification of services, such as, to establish the event confirmation, identity verification, to transmit event or related industry information, or to be used for internal data statistics and analysis.

3.Within the scope of the Project, TCA may operate its business, provide services and share the information with private entities or related government agencies.

Whether you request for deleting the information or opt-out of receiving emails or not, TCA reserves the right to communicate with you via email with respect to identity verification, important contact confirmation, notices or changes arising out of or related to this event. To protect mutual rights and interests, TCA will retain communication history of your deleting request as a record for future reference.

5.Please make sure the personal data on record is correct.
