隨著 AI 計算需求爆發，RISC-V 架構標準化與 AI 加速器（NPU、TPU）整合將提升效能，使 RISC-V SoC 可支援 AI 超算、優化訓練與推理，並強化邊緣 AI 運算，減少對雲端依賴，提高隱私與安全性。此外，RISC-V 開放架構允許開發者檢視晶片設計，降低安全漏洞風險，並可依需求擴充安全模組，增強防護能力。

RISC-V 具備開源與靈活客製化優勢，推動 AI 在雲端、邊緣 AI、自駕車、智慧醫療、AIoT 等領域的應用，並促進技術民主化，加速全球創新。台灣 RISC-V 聯盟也將持續推動開源 AI 硬體與軟體生態，帶動 AI 晶片設計發展，共同見證 RISC-V 開創 AI 與安全運算新紀元。

Over the past decade, RISC-V has demonstrated strong growth momentum in the AI SoC domain and holds great potential in chip security. This year, RISC-V Taipei Day will be hosted for the first time at COMPUTEX TAIPEI, marking an unprecedented scale with a four-day pavilion and a one-day forum on May 21, focusing on AI computing and security application trends.

As AI computing demands surge, the standardization of the RISC-V architecture and the integration of AI accelerators (NPU, TPU) will enhance performance, enabling RISC-V SoCs to support AI supercomputing, optimize training and inference, and strengthen edge AI computing. This reduces reliance on cloud computing while improving privacy and security. Furthermore, RISC-V's open architecture allows developers to inspect chip designs, mitigating security vulnerabilities and enabling customizable security modules to enhance protection.

With its open-source and customizable nature, RISC-V is driving AI applications across cloud computing, edge AI, autonomous vehicles, smart healthcare, AIoT, and beyond, fostering technology democratization and accelerating global innovation. The Taiwan RISC-V Alliance will continue advancing the open-source AI hardware and software ecosystem, promoting AI chip design development, and shaping a new era of AI and secure computing with RISC-V.

本會為協助辦理由台灣RISC-V聯盟(RVTA)及台灣物聯網產業技術協會(TWIoTA)共同主辦的2025 RISC-V Taipei Day論壇活動(下稱本活動)，並因應個人資料保護法及本會個人資料管理規定，在向您蒐集個人資料之前，依法向您告知下列事項，當您勾選「我同意」，表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意接受本同意書之所有內容：

一、蒐集目的及類別

為提供本活動相關報名作業管理、通知聯繫、活動訊息發布之蒐集目的，而須獲取您下列個人資料類別：姓名、E-mail、公司名稱、職稱、部門、連絡電話、手機。

二、個人資料利用之期間、地區、對象及方式

您的個人資料，除涉及國際業務或活動外，將提供本活動主、協辦單位及合作贊助夥伴(如活動頁面所示共同保有您所提供的個人資訊，並同意他們利用上述資訊與您就本次活動和業務範圍內作為相關客戶管理及行銷服務進行溝通與傳遞訊息，期限自取得日起至特定目的消滅止。

In order to assist in organizing the 2025 RISC-V Taipei Day forum (hereinafter referred to as this event) co-hosted by RISC-V Taiwan Alliance (RVTA) and Taiwan IoT Technology and Industry Association (TWIoTA), as well as pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act (“the Act”), Taipei Computer Association (“TCA”) hereby informs you about TCA’s privacy and confidentiality policies, and describe the disclosure of various personal data we may collect, use, and store from you with respect to your participation of this event (“the personal data”). By signing the form (or clicking “I Agree”), you agree to the following:

1. The personal data we collect from you includes your name, email address, job information, phone number, mobile phone number and etc.

2. The personal data you provide shall be jointly retained by the event organizers, co-organizers and sponsors (as shown on the event page) for the following purposes: To provide the notification of services, establish the event confirmation, identity verification, and to transmit event and/or industry information related to customer management and marketing services within the period from the date of acquisition until the specific purpose is terminated.

3. TCA may develop its business and provide services with third party business or related government agencies that the project attach to, or in these cases TCA may share the personal data related to those transactions with such third party. TCA shall provide such entities with access certain personal data needed to perform their functions; therefore, shall take measures to ensure that they may not use the personal data provided for other purposes. TCA shares personal data only as described above to third parties that are either subject to this “Privacy Policy Consent to Provide of Personal Data” contract or a privacy policy at lease as enforceable as effective as the “Privacy Policy Consent to Provide of Personal Data” contract.

4. The personal data shall be available to TCA and its co-organizers, as well as, affiliated businesses within Taiwan’s jurisdiction until the completion of the aforementioned collection purposes.

5. In accordance with Article 3 of the Act, you may make an inquiry and to review, request a copy, supplement or correct, demand the cessation of the collection, processing or use, and erase the personal data. Whether you request for deleting the information or opt-out of receiving emails or not, TCA reserves the right to communicate with you via email with respect to identity verification, important contact confirmation, notices or changes arising out of or related to this event. To protect mutual rights and interests, TCA will retain communication history of your deleting request as a record for future reference.

6. Please make sure the personal data on record is correct. Therefore, you have a choice whether or not to provide personal data; however, if you fail to provide certain personal data some features or functionality of this event, as well as, the following ones in the future shall become unavailable to you. Unavailable services may include, but not limited to, receive important event notice, customer services, ordinary contact, promotional email and participate related activities.
